Powder Compound Descriptions

BTI-7 Alkaline Metal Cleaner formulated for industrial use only. A powder used for cleaning and deburring ferrous metals in conjunction with mass finishing systems.
 

BTI-11A - Descaling & Derusting Compound formulated for industrial use only. A powdered acid used for brightening of metal after grinding operation in conjunction with mass finishing systems. It is also used to remove light heat treat scale and will polish also.
 

BTI-4 - Abrasive Grinding Compound formulated for industrial use only. A powder used to enhance the action of the media for quick burr removal and edge conditioning in conjunction with mass finishing systems.

BTI-2 - Alkaline Metal Cleaner formulated for industrial use only. A powder used to clean and deburr iron, steel, aluminum and zinc parts in conjunction with mass finishing systems.

Liquid Compound Descriptions

24Q - Acid Burnishing Compound formulated for industrial use only. A mild acidicliquid used for brightening parts and removal of light heat treat scale. Imparts a brilliant color or polish on any metal except zinc. Short term rust inhibiting qualities. Mix approximately 1/2 to 2 ounces per gallon of water.

44Q - General Purpose Cleaner formulated for industrial use only. A liquid used for all metals with media for general purpous cleaning on almost any application suspending soils, keeping media clean and free cutting. Short term rust inhibiting qualities. Mix approximately 2-3 ounces per gallon of water.

MA-30 - Burnishing Compound formulated for industrial use only. A liquid used for highly concentrated neutral burnisher for the brightest finish on all metals. Some rust protection. Use with ceramic or plastic media. Mix approximately 1-2 ounces per gallon of water.

LR-600S - Alkaline Rust lnhibitor formulated for industrial use only. Concentrated non-nitrite alkaline rust inhibitor, cleaner & degreaser that provides long term shelf life results on cast iron, powdered metal and other ferrous metal. Great for post process dip solution. Mix approximately 2 ounces per gallon of water .
